Scott Sewell, President and Chief Executive Officer, Charah Solutions

Scott Sewell joined Charah in 2008 as Operations Manager and held the positions of Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations until 2013 when he was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Scott was responsible for maintaining oversight of Charah operations, safety management, business development and utility relations. Prior to joining Charah, he worked for Bechtel Corporation from 2002 until 2007. Scott graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international business from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. He is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and holds professional affiliations as a member of the Project Management Institute, the Association of Equipment Management Professionals and the International Erosion Control Association.

Nick Jacoby, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Charah Solutions

Nick Jacoby joined Charah Solutions in 2017 with over 13 years of experience in finance. He is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization and establishing short and long-range financial goals and strategies. Nick has a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration – accountancy from the University of Louisville and an MBA also from the University of Louisville. He serves on the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity Board of Advisors.

Dorsey “Ron” McCall, Senior Vice President, Charah Solutions and Chief Executive Officer, Allied Power

Ron McCall is a 48-year veteran of the industrial construction and maintenance services industry and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Charah Solutions and Chief Executive Officer of Allied Power Management, LLC, a Charah Solution, a role he has held since he joined the company in 2017. Most recently, Ron worked as an independent consultant after a 15-year stint as President of the Plant Services Division at Chicago Bridge & Iron (formerly the Shaw Group) from 2002 until 2016. Prior to that, he held the role of Senior Vice President for Turner Industries’ Western Division for nearly 25 years. Ron has extensive knowledge in all aspects of project management including nuclear outages, refinery turnarounds, as well as major construction and maintenance projects, both domestic and international. Ron received his bachelor’s degree in education from McNeese State University.
