Charles Price, President and Chief Executive Officer, Charah Solutions

Charles Price has over 35 years of experience in the construction and ash management industries. He began his career in a family-owned construction business and founded Charah in 1987 to service the construction industry and perform utility construction and infrastructure installation. In 1992, Charles changed the direction of the company and began focusing exclusively on electric utility services and coal ash management. He is now recognized as an industry leader and expert having served as past Chairman of the board of directors of the American Coal Ash Association (ACAA). Charles was selected as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010 in the Midwest Region by Ernst & Young and was a finalist for national Entrepreneur of the Year.

Bruce Kramer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Charah Solutions

Bruce Kramer is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in public/private accounting and management. At Charah, he is responsible for the financial, strategic and administrative functions of the business, including human resources and legal. Bruce acted in a consulting role for Charah for two years before joining the company full time in 2007. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bellarmine University. In 2011, Bruce was recognized as the CFO of the Year by Business First of Louisville. He is a board member of Dismas Charities and serves on the sponsorship committee for the St. John Center for Homeless Men.

Scott Sewell, Chief Operating Officer, Charah Solutions

Scott Sewell joined Charah in 2008 with extensive experience in project management with one of the largest international engineering and construction companies. Most recently, he served as Charah’s Senior Vice President of Operations. As COO, he is responsible for maintaining oversight of Charah operations, safety management, business development and utility relations. Scott graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international business from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. He is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and holds professional affiliations as a member of the Project Management Institute, the Association of Equipment Management Professionals and the International Erosion Control Association.

Dorsey “Ron” McCall, Senior Vice President, Charah Solutions and Chief Executive Officer, Allied Power

Ron McCall is a 48-year veteran of the industrial construction and maintenance services industry and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Charah Solutions and Chief Executive Officer of Allied Power Management, LLC, a Charah Solution, a role he has held since he joined the company in 2017. Most recently, Ron worked as an independent consultant after a 15-year stint as President of the Plant Services Division at Chicago Bridge & Iron (formerly the Shaw Group) from 2002 until 2016. Prior to that, he held the role of Senior Vice President for Turner Industries’ Western Division for nearly 25 years. Ron has extensive knowledge in all aspects of project management including nuclear outages, refinery turnarounds, as well as major construction and maintenance projects, both domestic and international. Ron received his bachelor’s degree in education from McNeese State University.

Charles W. Price joined Charah in 2005 and has held several management positions during his tenure. Currently he serves as Vice President of Investor Relations, where he is responsible for communicating the company’s strategy, growth opportunities, and business initiatives to shareholders and the investor community. Most recently, he served as Corporate Vice President and Operations Analyst overseeing contract management, fleet management, procurement, project profitability, and ensuring accurate data is available to support the operations, business development and finance departments. Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Asbury University and an M.B.A. from the University of Louisville.
